This IR Infrared Obstacle Avoidance Sensor Module consists of a pair of IR LED and infrared light-receiving diode, a comparator, which works stably and reliably.The detection distance is 20-300mm, which can be adjusted by adjustable resistor.
Features
- Designed with a high-quality double-sided PCB with power indication.
- Work voltage:3.3V-5.0V.
- The module detects the distance 2 ~ 30cm, detection angle 35°, the distance can detect the potential is adjusted via a adjustable resister.
- The output port can be directly connected to the IO port of the microcontroller, or it can drive a 5V relay directly.
- This module use a comparator LM339, so it worked stable.
- The sensor uses active infrared reflection detection, so the reflectivity and shape of the target affect the detection range. Among them, the detection distance of black is the smallest, and the detection distance of white is the largest. The distance between small area objects is corrected, and the distance between large area objects is large.
- When the module detects an obstacle ahead, the green indicator lights up, and the OUT port outputs a low level at the same time.
